+ INTENTION +

Your intention is your heartfelt desire.

Sankalpa is a sanskrit word for “Intention.” It means heartfelt desire. This heartfelt desire reflects your true nature. It is a statement of who you are, a vow that is true. It reminds you that whatever is required of you or whatever you are wishing for is already within you. It may be a word a phrase, a state of being. If it comes as a concrete goal, pause and imagine what you feel inside when you have accomplished this goal. Feel this state of being already accomplished within you - EMBODY YOUR INTENTION. The Upanishad Scriptures state:

  • You are your deepest desire [Sankalpa].

  • As is your desire so is your intention.

  • As is your intention so is your will.

  • As is your will so is your deed.

  • As is your deed so is your destiny.

Together we will recite aloud your intention as true

“I AM ___.” and “YOU ARE ____.”

SPELLS? Language is powerful. “SPELL” - literally write your intentions. Witnessing and affirming this spell together is even more powerful.

So mote it be - for the good of all or not at all.”
