Some zoom considerations. You will first arrive into a waiting room and Ill admit you (make sure you signed up first). You will enter unmuted - if you have a lot of background noise please be mindful to mute yourself. I will be muting during meditation, feel free to unmute to speak. If you are moving around a lot with your computer or phone, you may want to pause your video.
